Refunds
LIVE WEBINARS - Requests for cancellation and refund must be received a minimum of FIVE days before the start of the live class. The cancellation and refund request must be in writing and sent to: info@thenotaryvillage.com.
ONLINE COURSES - Online class time is tracked. If you begin the course or access the course materials (i.e. downloadable pdf), no refund will be payable.
Cancellation by Notary Village
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, Notary Village reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course or Live Webinar at any time. If for any reason we cancel a course or Live Webinar, fees will be adjusted and reimbursed accordingly.
